The interior features a striking pattern of raised stainless steel above a ceramic Slip-Let® coating. This combination reduces sticking and burning, while the coating is tough enough for metal utensils without risk of damage.
The body combines 90% recycled post-consumer stainless steel and 100% recycled post-consumer aluminium.
Unique Multi-layer 3-ply technology ensures fast heating, even heat distribution and a tough, wear-resistant exterior. Oven-safe up to 400°C and suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Easily cleaned in the dishwasher or with a steel scourer.
Based on the classic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, it retains familiar Eva Trio qualities such as cool handles, a pouring rim, stackability and compatibility with lids and other pieces in the collection.
