Piet Hein Gruk Box Set with 5 Books

More than one and a half million copies sold and translated into over 20 languages. These are the figures for the distinctive form of poetry known as Gruk, which first appeared just days after the occupation of Denmark in April 1940. 
Kumbel was the pseudonym behind the witty Gruk, many of which have long since become classics. The actual author was poet, illustrator and inventor Piet Hein (1905–1996).

Although many of the more than 10,000 Gruk written by Piet Hein have appeared in various publications over the years, only now is a substantial, carefully prepared collection available.
